The project officer role will provide support to the WorkWell management team. The role will support the project manager and management team with monitoring contract performance and compliance and ensuring all relevant submissions are scheduled and submitted within deadlines. To provide a high level of administration and support on WorkWell ensuring that the provision of information in the form of reports, dashboards, datasets and statutory returns as appropriate meets the requirements of service users both internal and external

Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 1 WTE WorkWell to be based in our WorkWell service , which supports individuals who maybe experiencing multiple and complex health barriers preventing them from accessing employment opportunities or retaining their employment.
The role will support the WorkWell management team with project support and deliver a high level of administration. The role will support the delivery of WorkWell and small-medium scale projects for defined area of responsibility, from project development and initiation to project close, ensuring overall outcomes and benefits are delivered for the benefit of all identified stakeholders.

Person specification
Essential criteria
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including experience of using these to successfully deliver projects
- Good interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills across a range of professional staff, external organisations and other stakeholders
- Proven presentation skills in a variety of situations, including training and implementation of tools that are unfamiliar to recipients
Desirable criteria
- Project Management qualification (APM Introductory Certificate, PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent)
- Experience of redesigning systems and processes to deliver effective change
- Experience of taking minutes at formal meetings of senior managers / clinicians
